Gulf Shores Homebuyers was established in 2021 by Drew Guthrie and Dan DeLeo. Drew and Dan have been friends for over twenty years and share a passion for real estate and for helping improve the local community.

Meet Drew Guthrie:

A co-owner of Gulf Shores Homebuyers, Drew is a local business owner (Glow Yoga) and resident of Gulf Shores. Drew has a passion for business operations and for the local community. Drew has personally purchased and renovated many homes in the Gulf Shores area with the aim of improving the area to provide quality housing for Gulf Shores residents. Drew is the proud father of three wonderful children and husband to his incredible wife Jennifer.

Meet Dan DeLeo:

A co-owner of Gulf Shores Homebuyers, Dan is a full time real estate investor who brings years of experience in real estate and business operations to help homeowners. Dan’s passion is in helping create solutions for homeowners who need to sell their property but can’t or don’t want to do so through the conventional retail market. And, Dan loves transforming properties by breathing new life
into them so that they may continue to be special for families to enjoy into the future. Dan is a husband to his patient and amazing wife Sara and father to his three awesome children.

Meet Nate Funkhouser:

Nate is the Vice President of Business Development for Gulf Shores Homebuyers.
Nate has prior professional experience as a customer service focused manager in the commercial aquatics industry as well as in software sales and logistics management. Nate is passionate and genuine, making him the perfect fit to work with home owners to craft tailored solutions for their specific needs.
In Nate’s spare time, you can find him gazing at the night sky through his telescope and exploring the great outdoors with his wife Kaitlin and dog Dani.
